Terms and Conditions

AGB

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Oumar Langer Consulting (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), which are concluded via the website, written offers or other means of communication. They apply to all training, consulting and other services provided. Any terms and conditions of the Client that conflict with or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions will not be recognized unless the Contractor expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Description of services

The Contractor shall provide training services in accordance with the individual agreements with the Client. The exact contents, schedules and conditions are specified in advance in the offer and are binding

3. Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations up to 30 days before the training date: 30% of the training costs will be charged.
  • Cancellations up to 30 days before the training date: 30% of the training costs will be charged.
  • Cancellations up to 30 days before the training date: 30% of the training costs will be charged.

4. Payment terms

Invoices must be paid within 4 weeks of the training date without deductions. In case of late payment, reminder fees and default interest will be charged in accordance with statutory provisions. Further legal action remains reserved.

5. Liability

The contractor is liable exclusively for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. No liability is assumed for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits. The client is responsible for the proper application of the content taught in the training.

6. Confidentiality

All information provided by the client will be treated strictly confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. This obligation remains valid indefinitely beyond the end of the contract

7. Use of logos and marketing materials

The Contractor is entitled to use the Client’s logo in marketing materials, including the company website and social media platforms, unless the Client expressly objects to such use.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.

9. Salvatory Hermitage

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
